1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theamanahprojects.com and numera.theamanahprojects.com and the services offered on them, including Tarbiyah al-Nabī, 1:1 coaching, the Self-Audit, and related content. By using this site or enrolling in any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
2. Who we are
These services are provided by Numera Younus, an individual practitioner based in Karachi, Pakistan, trading as The Amanah Projects. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms mean Numera Younus.
3. Our services
We offer:
- Tarbiyah al-Nabī — a six-week live, cohort-based parenting programme delivered over Zoom, including a participant workbook, the Tazkiyah Toolkit, and session recordings
- 1:1 coaching — individual sessions, arranged separately
- The Self-Audit — a free diagnostic tool
- Speaking, training, and institutional workshops, arranged on a case-by-case basis
Cohort sizes are intentionally limited, and enrolment for a given cohort may close once capacity is reached.
4. Eligibility
These services are intended for adults, primarily parents and caregivers. You must be at least 18 years old to book a call, enrol in the programme, or purchase coaching.
5. Enrolment and payment
Enrolment in Tarbiyah al-Nabī or 1:1 coaching is confirmed once payment is received via bank transfer, according to the payment details provided to you directly after booking a call or expressing interest. We do not currently collect card or online payment details through this website; all payment coordination happens directly between you and us.
[CONFIRM: current programme fee(s), currency, and whether payment is required in full upfront or in instalments — this should reflect your actual current pricing rather than a figure Claude selects.]
6. Rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds
[CONFIRM: your actual policy here — for example, how much notice is needed to reschedule a 1:1 session, whether cohort fees are refundable before the programme starts, and what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule a cohort. This section is left as a placeholder because Claude does not have your real policy and does not want to invent one on your behalf.]
7. Nature of the programme — not clinical or medical advice
Tarbiyah al-Nabī, 1:1 coaching, and the Self-Audit are educational and coaching services grounded in Islamic scholarship and parenting psychology. They are not a substitute for clinical psychological treatment, psychiatric care, or medical advice. Numera Younus provides this work as a psychologist and parenting coach in a non-clinical capacity. If you or your child are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek help from a licensed clinician or emergency services in your area.
No specific outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on your own engagement with the material and your individual family circumstances.
8. Intellectual property
All programme materials — including the participant workbook, the Tazkiyah Toolkit, session recordings, worksheets, and any other content provided as part of the programme — are the intellectual property of Numera Younus / The Amanah Projects. They are licensed to you for your own personal, family use only. You may not copy, resell, publicly share, or redistribute these materials, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is likewise the property of Numera Younus / The Amanah Projects and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when booking, enrolling, or completing the Self-Audit
- Attend live sessions respectfully, in a manner consistent with the cohort environment described on this site
- Keep any shared session links, recordings, or materials private to yourself and your household
10. Third-party services
We use third-party tools — including Calendly for scheduling and Zoom for live sessions — to deliver these services. Your use of those tools is also subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these third-party platforms, though we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you if they occur (for example, rescheduling a session affected by a Zoom outage).
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numera Younus / The Amanah Projects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in these services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan. [CONFIRM: this is a standard default given your location — flag if you'd prefer different governing-law wording, e.g. for international clients.]
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, particularly as the programme evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to salam@theamanahprojects.com.
These Terms are provided as a plain-language reference and do not constitute legal advice. Given the placeholders on payment, cancellation, and refund policy above, we'd recommend a brief review by a Pakistani lawyer before publishing, especially once you begin accepting international enrolments or online payments.
